Your responsibilities will include: Deliver projects aligned with Customer Care strategy, operating independently under the guidance of senior leadership. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets; estimate scope, effort, and resource needs. Support lessons learned reviews, gate reviews, and oversee functional trainers. Apply sound business judgment and industry best practices to resolve complex issues. Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management within a matrix organization. Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and operate with autonomy. Experience influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority. Strong analytical, facilitation, and presentation capabilities. PMP or similar project management certification. Experience within the medical device, healthcare, or regulated industry. Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
