About this role
Process & Opportunity Analysis: Analyze and map business processes within GBS to identify automation potential. Collaborate with delivery line stakeholders to gather business requirements. Support feasibility assessments in collaboration with technical teams. Assist with project planning, testing, and deployment activities. Collaborate with developers and solution architects to clarify business needs. Coordinate workshops, review sessions, and UAT where applicable. Support KPI tracking and outcome reporting post-implementation. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts based on user feedback. Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, IT, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as Business Systems Analyst or related field Prior involvement in automation or digital transformation initiatives is a plus. Technical & Functional Skills: Familiarity with process documentation (e.g., BPMN, SIPOC). Working knowledge of Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools. Exposure to automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate) is beneficial. Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work in a cross-functional, virtual, and agile environment. Advanced English. Please submit the resume in English
