Establishes and/or maintains processes to support the collection and dissemination of such data/information. Reviews and/or reconciles data to support business processes. Create documentation for department procedures as required. Support internal and/or external audits as required. Support Ad hoc requests and special projects as required. Bachelor's or Licenciature degree in Accounting or Business Administration. English Level desired: B2+ 70%-80%. Experience: At least 3 years. Technical Competencies: Microsoft Office Suite, Advanced Excel Proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros/VBA). Knowledge in automation tools (Power Automate, Smartsheet automation workflows, etc.). Detailed-oriented and organized with a customer service focus. Process Improvement mindset to improve efficiencies for all stakeholders. Audit and Control mindset to mitigate company risks. Individual contributor that works well in a team environment. Maintain a service-oriented, positive, respectful work environment. Strong English verbal and writing skills.
