What You'll Do
As a motivated Working Student in Market Intelligence, Performance & Analytics (MIPA), you will be part of BCG’s Global Marketing & Communication (M&C) team, responsible for enriching media data, building automated analytics solutions and supporting the overall M&C data operations model. Your contribution will unlock insights into media performance for BCG’s Chief Communication Officer and support BCG’s top-level decision making.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to experience the full data analytics journey— from laying the data foundation, contributing to Global M&C analytics, to translating data into strategic recommendations for Global M&C leadership. You will also be involved in designing and implementing data-automation solutions to support the end-to-end data operations model in global and local M&C teams.

You’ll be a fully integrated member of a diverse and highly motivated team of seven located in Munich and London. The team reports directly to BCG’s Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Communication Officer. The team’s collaboration is characterized by respect, acceptance, and mutual trust. You’ll also be in close contact with coworkers in global and local M&C teams. Interfacing with them will give you comprehensive insight into the work of BCG M&C and bring you into the world of data & analytics.
