What You'll Do

• Lead cross-functional teams in solving clients’ most pressing challenges across industries like technology, financial services, healthcare, consumer goods, etc.
• Synthesize insights and steer the team's analytical efforts to create impactful innovative client solutions, leveraging BCG’s proprietary frameworks, digital tools, and methodologies
• Engage and cultivate trust with high-level clients, shaping and delivering compelling data-driven narratives and vision-setting.
• Balance hands-on guidance with empowering team autonomy by orchestrating end-to-end program delivery, ensuring quality, and managing scope and timelines
• Champion professional growth within your team, fostering an inclusive culture of mentorship, continuous learning, and feedback.
• Actively contribute to practice area development, knowledge sharing and capability building. 

What You'll Bring

• Multiple years of combined consulting and industry experience, with proven expertise in leading high-impact, complex engagements
• Proven track record in add required work experience
• Demonstrated expertise in project management and leadership to provide proficiency in prioritizing and balancing multiple project demands
• Excellent analytical, and strategic thinking abilities to develop transformative solutions
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to engage and align cross-functional teams
• Adapt at relationship building and client management across various levels.
• Commitment to inclusivity, developing others and creating an environment of mutual trust and respect
• Fluent written and oral language skills in German and English (C1 level)
