What You'll Do

Japanのリーダーシップチームと連携して、コンサルタントのシニアなメンバーや、各業種・分野のエキスパートを支援しながら、BCGジャパンの成長加速化を支援する業務です。  

オフィス成長のためのドライバーを理解し、必要なデータと分析のアイデアを提案するとともに、具体的な各種取組を側面支援することで、BCGジャパンのセールス活動を推進頂きます。 

詳細な業務内容は、以下の通りです。  

• ビジネス拡大につながる各種取組の企画・実行支援 

• 競合やマーケットに関するインテリジェンス・分析 

• 成長を支えるプラットフォーム的機能の運営 

What You'll Bring

【必須条件】

• ナレッジマネジメントの実務経験5年以上（コンサルタント/アナリスト/リサーチャー等） 

• ビジネス変革、デジタル変革、企業の社内プロジェクト推進に関する深い理解 

• Microsoft 365の使用経験（特にExcel, PowerPoint）※BIツール（例：Tableau等）の使用経験あれば尚可 

• プロジェクトマネジメント経験 

• ビジネスレベルの英語力   ※TOEIC(R)テスト750点以上を目安 

• ネイティブレベルの日本語力
