What You'll Do

• Execute end-to-end recruitment for roles across the AIand tech spectrum - including but not limited to data scientists, engineers, product managers, designers and IT architects.
• Plan, organize, and lead recruiting events from seminars, tech meetups to internal brand activations and diversity initiatives.
• Partner with key stakeholders across BCG X, Platinion, Consulting Recruiting, and HR to deliver data-driven hiring insights.
• Execute sourcing strategies for both early and experienced talent, leveraging direct channels, job boards, social media, and networking to build robust pipelines.
• Plan and manage employer branding initiatives across SNS and web platforms, including the creation of recruiting contents.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through transparent communication, structured assessments, and professional representation of BCG X and Platinion’s talent brand.
• Manage internship programs - selection, onboarding, and performance discussions.
• Track and report recruiting KPIs that drive continuous improvement in time-to-hire, candidate quality, and diversity outcomes.
• Collaborate on regional and global recruiting projects across the broader technology recruiting community.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in tech, consulting, or professional services; in-house experience with global or multinational organizations preferred
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - ability to connect with students, senior candidates, and leaders alike
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, juggling multiple priorities with attention to detail
• A collaborative, hands-on attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for driving impact through people
• Fluent Japanese and advanced English communication (written and spoken) are required
