About this role
- Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes (pots, pans, and trays), and place them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine as directed; ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation
- Assist with all food preparation duties as needed
- Polishing silver of kitchen machinery and ensuring ongoing cleanliness and sanitation
- Must ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures
- Must maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards
- Must keep dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards
- Sweep and mops kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous service industry experience in a high-volume environment is a plus
- Weekend availability required

What you'll do
- The Dishwasher is responsible for ensuring cleanliness and sanitation in both BOH and FOH areas during their shift. They will also assist with food preparation and maintain compliance with safety procedures.
