Job Description
Main Objective
Responsible for planning, developing, updating and optimizing the manufacturing methods and processes of the assigned lines.
What challenges will you have?
- Define, develop, optimize and update manufacturing processes as required by product specifications and set targets.
- Responsible for reducing down times on production: lead the Continuous Improvement Process and Problem Solving for reducing losses in the manufacturing process.
- Create and update the required documentation for production (FMEA, visual aids, flow diagram, control plan, etc.).
- Fulfill all manufacturing requirements for the safety of the production lines.
- Provide the correct tool specifications and the required changes in toolings in order to ensure the continuity and quality during production.
- Develop quality assurance processes by implementing the required quality tools.
- Ensure the efficiency of the manufacturing process by fulfilling the targets for scrap and failure costs
Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
- Engineering degree: Industrial, Mechanic or Mechatronic
- From 1 to 3 years of experience in the Automotive Industry
- Advanced English level
Technical Knowledge
- Lean manufacturing
- Problem Solving (8D Methodology)
- Core Tools (FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, PPAP)
- XR Control Chart
