We are currently seeking an IT Support and Systems Trainee to join Bosch Service Solutions in Ovar. The selected candidate will be part of an Iberian IT team, working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support to Service Desk Service Solutions.

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues within a Helpdesk context.

  • Support operational topics related to sending and receiving orders.

  • Assist with matters related to local IT infrastructure.

  • Contribute proactively to daily IT support activities, ensuring service quality and continuity.

Habilitações

What distinguishes you:

  • Relevant studies/training in IT field
  • Mandatory languages: Portuguese (native) and English (fluency). Spanish would be a plus.
  • Knowledge in installing, setting-up and repairing computers
  • Windows operational system knowledge
  • Proactive and initiative-driven mindset
  • Strong willingness to learn and support different IT-related topics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within an international team.
  • Interest in IT support, systems, and infrastructure environments
  • This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international organization, develop technical skills, and grow within an IT support and systems context.
