Sie sind an der Installation und Inbetriebnahme unserer modernen Fertigungsanlagen beteiligt. Mit Ihnen gemeinsam realisieren wir reibungslose Produktionsdurchläufe.
Ihr Aufgabenbereich umfasst regelmäßige Kontrollen und Wartungsarbeiten an den Produktionsanlagen. Die Dokumentation Ihrer Arbeit ist für Sie selbstverständlich.
Sie helfen, mögliche Produktionsfehler proaktiv zu vermeiden oder frühzeitig zu erkennen und zu beheben. Die dafür notwendigen Methoden und Hilfsmittel stellen wir Ihnen zur Verfügung.
Wir arbeiten im Team über alle Bereiche hinweg zusammen an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Prozesse. Eine umfassende Ausbildung erhalten Sie von uns.

Auf dieser Stelle arbeiten Sie in unserem vollkontinuierlichen 6:4 Schichtmodell. Das heißt auf 6 Arbeitstage folgen 4 dienstfreie Tage.

Qualifikationen

Ausbildung: erfolgreich abgeschlossene Facharbeiterausbildung in einer technischen Fachrichtung (Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Mikrotechnologie oder ähnliches) mit erster fachspezifischer Berufserfahrung in der Wartung komplexer Anlagen
Erfahrungen und Know how: Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in der Methodenanwendung (5S, SPC und FDC
Persönlichkeit: aufgeschlossen und lernbereit, konstruktiv und kooperativ in der Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen und Lieferanten
Arbeitsweise: In hohem Maße selbstständig, zuverlässig, engagiert und lösungsorientiert, Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im vollkontinuierlichen Schichtbetrieb (24/7)
Sprachen: Sehr gutes Verständnis der deutschen Sprache sowie grundlegende Englischkenntnisse
