Stellenbeschreibung
- Du bist verantwortlich für die wöchentliche Kontrolle von Aufzügen eines Kundenobjektes in Bochum, aus diesem Grund ist es erforderlich, dass dein Wohnort in Bochum ist.
- Du übernimmst die Dokumentation vor Ort von vorgegebenen Zuständen des Aufzuges und das zugehörige Reporting mit von uns zur Verfügung gestellten digitalen Mitteln.
- Du koordinierst die Übergabe der Dokumente und sprichst diese mit Dritten durch.
Qualifikationen
- Ausbildung: Idealerweise abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit technischem Background (Mechatronik, Elektronik, o.ä.)
- Persönlichkeit: Kunden- und serviceorientiert, verlässlich
- Qualifikation: Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich
- Erfahrungen und Know-how: idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Bereich Gebäudemanagement
- Flexibilität: regional einsetzbar

What you'll do
- You are responsible for the weekly inspection of elevators at a customer site in Bochum. You will document the conditions of the elevators and coordinate the handover of documents with third parties.
