About this role

The Warranty manager will be responsible for leading their team to ensure warranty resolutions are concluded in a manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Continuous process improvement to reduce warranty claims in line to meet business objectives
  • Be responsible for the Analysis of Warranty data and communicating with CPT cross functional teams to make data driven decisions
  • Manage warranty operations so they are scalable for future business growth.
  • Day to day management of team members who are direct reports to Warranty Manger to meet committed departmental objectives and deliverables. • Responsible for the reporting the current position and management of  Warranty budget.

JOB PROFILE & EXPERIENCE

PROFILE

  • Mechanical, Manufacturing, industrial engineer degree or similar.
  • Master’s degree Prefered
  • Quality Assurance experience
  • Bilingual

EXPERIENCE

  • APQP Process Experience
  • People Management

Experience in automotive Industry
