About this role

POSITION SUMMARY

 To manage customer accounts & support BorgWarner sales plans. Also responsible for: A/R collection; Marketing & New business development.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 Make plan and coordinate with new products & projects.

 Recommend the products during the period of new cars development.

 Make relationship and coordination between BW and some activities in relevant industry.

 Make long-term plan of future market for BW.

 Responsible for area market plan and product promotion.

 Follow and assort with new projects.

 Master BW's current ability of development and production in time.

 Know about BW's future development layout.

 Visit current clients, get to know customers' new requirements, pass the information and lead the projects.

 Express BW's culture and service conception to the clients, and establish good relationship with them.

 Get integrated information of customers, including production plan, organization chart, personnel adjustment and investment proportion so as for BW to take relevant action.

 Get to know the market situation and make aviso of domestic market research and development trend forecast.

 Follow plant environment, occupational health, safety rules and wear personal protection equipment.

 Ensure GSSF&TRIR/LTCR reach yearly target.

 Take primary responsibility of plant environment, occupational health and safety issues.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

 Bachelor degree or equivalent (mechanical or electrical engineering preferred)

 8-9 years working experience in automotive industry, automotive customer management experience desired

 High level of analytical abilities to assess and resolve problems

 Good knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes & systems

 Ability to work independently

 Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills

 Effective communication and summarizing of business dealings in the form of trip reports, customer contact reports and relevant materials

 Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and in multi cultural groups to achieve stated goals

 Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
