The Executive – Finance will be responsible for GST compliance, accounts receivables activities, and supporting statutory audits. The role includes preparation and filing of GST returns, customer billing, payment follow-ups, ledger reconciliation, and MIS reporting. This position ensures accuracy in financial records and supports effective financial decision-making for the plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and support financial operations.
• Assist in statutory and tax audits to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare and support MIS reporting for management review.
• Handle GST activities including filing GSTR-1, GSTR‑3B, ITC reconciliation, GST payments, and annual return support.
• Prepare and process customer invoices for sales and services.
• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments through calls, emails, and reminders.
• Record customer payments (cash, cheque, bank transfers) into accounting systems.
• Prepare bank deposits and ensure proper documentation.
• Update the accounts receivable ledger and reconcile payments.
• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies and customer deductions.
• Coordinate with sales, customer service, and internal teams for AR-related clarifications.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual AR reports and statements.
• Ensure confidentiality and safeguard financial information.
