KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create Extraction Tools:

  • Develop an automated tool for information extraction.

  • Ideally, it should accept a list of Housing DMCs or HVCH Serial Numbers to extract the information.

  • It should also allow filtering by production dates, NOK parts at a specific step, among other relevant criteria before extracting the information from MES.

  • Data Compilation:

  • The same tool should subsequently be able to present the selected extracted data for all parts covered by the filter.

  • Complement with Supplier Data:

  • Since the main purpose of the analysis usually involves comparing the results with the supplier’s EOL test information, it would be highly beneficial to have the capability to import supplier data in parallel.

  • Analysis:

  • Once the information is imported and compiled, having predefined analysis tools for the obtained data would be an advantage to speed up the analysis process and extract insights such as charts, trends, capabilities (CPK), and other relevant metrics.

  • Iterations for Continuous Improvement:

  • Gather user feedback to refine and enhance the tool.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Master’s degree in electrical engineering with mechanical / electronic background;

  • Good English language skills (spoken and written);

  • other languages are a plus.

  • Proficiency level Portuguese (spoken and written)
