Coffee Shop Attendant P/T

Rate: $12.91 an Hour + Tips

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Provide outstanding guest service to coffee shop customers at all times.
2. Prepare and serve beverages to guests while working behind a counter.
3. Serve cake and pastry products.
4. Receive money and/or credit cards and use a credit card machine and POS system.
5. Keep the coffee shop well stocked.
6. Ensure all beverages are prepared according to beverage guidelines and in a timely manner.
7. Maintains the cleanliness of the coffee shop area.

Qualifications

EDUCATION: High School diploma or GED.

EXPERIENCE: Coffee shop experiences a plus; food service/beverage server experience preferred.

LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming
license. Must be Serve Safe Certified.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to maneuver in the casino with visual acuity to observe and react to
handle customer questions and complaints. Position requires standing for entire shift. Ability to operate POS
system and work with hot equipment and products. Be able to lift up to 50lbs. Must be able to stretch, bend, kneel,
twist and reach. Must be able to taste, feel, smell, see and be able to read, write and speak basic English

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Indigo Sky Casino maintains an alcohol/drug-free workplace. Work in casino
operations containing second hand smoke, high noise level and bright/flashing lights. Must be able and willing to
work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
