Test Engineer, Lead

The Opportunity:

Supervise test and evaluation technical effort. Perform typical tasks that include prototype development and first article testing, environmental testing, independent verification and validation, demonstration and validation, simulation and modeling, system safety, quality assurance, education and training, and physical testing of the product or system.

You Have:

  • Experience with supervising test and evaluation projects

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

  • HS diploma or GED and 14+ years of experience working in a professional environment, OR Associate's degree and 12+ years of experience working in a professional environment, OR Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience working in a professional environment, OR Master's degree and 8+ years of experience working in a professional environment, OR Doctorate degree and 5+ years of experience working in a professional environment

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
