Right now, we’re looking for a Partnerships Specialist to join our expanding team.

What You’ll Do

  • Client Relationship Management: Manage the relationship and act as the primary operational point of contact for our clients
  • Qualify, track, and structure partner requests
  • Resolve operational issues autonomously
  • Consolidate and report recurring partner feedback and account needs
  • Assist with Sales material and decks creation
  • Upselling and Profitability: Identify upselling opportunities of Boolanga services, ensuring operations' profitability.
  • Project Management: Efficiently manage projects within client relationships, aligning with company goals. Maintain clear status visibility on all active requests and initiatives
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure consistent service delivery - keep others informed and accountable.
  • Industry Insight and Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of products, solutions, and industry trends.

‍Skills & Requirements

  • Business level in English
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Account Management or Sales
  • Being comfortable with autonomy
  • Advanced communication skills
  • Result-oriented, proactive, and positive attitude
  • High level of perseverance and great problem-solving skills
  • Good time-management and organization skills
  • Familiarity with G Suite or Microsoft Office softwares
  • Experience gained in relevant industry is a strong advantage
