Right now we are looking for a Global Logistics Specialist to join our expanding team. 

Are you passionate about food delivery? We are too! In this role, you’ll manage the global transportation of food delivery bags and equipment, ensuring seamless, compliant shipping. You’ll collaborate with top freight partners, keep shipments on track, optimize inventory, and drive efficiency with your insights. Ready to make a global impact? This is your moment! 🌎

What You’ll Do

• Plan and oversee international transportation of food delivery bags and gear, ensuring compliance with ocean and air freight regulations.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers for seamless shipments.
• Prepare and manage import/export documentation (B/L, AWB, Certificates of Origin, duties, VAT, taxes, Harmonized Codes).
• Monitor global shipments, track cargo movement, and resolve delays proactively.
• Optimize processes regarding logistics, warehouse inventory, and transportation.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to align logistics with business objectives (sales forecasts, manufacturing, freight).
• Identify cost-saving opportunities by reviewing freight costs and transportation rates.
• Analyze and report logistics data to improve efficiency, lead times, and operational performance.
• Stay updated on market trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

• Business level in English.
