We are now hiring a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to provide home visits in the North Phoenix, AZ area. The ideal candidate has some prior experience within the outpatient setting and 1 year of experience.

Job Requirements:
Eligibility for Arizona state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
1 year of experience is required. The PTA must have completed at least 2,000 hours of experience working with patients.
Must have a minimum of availability to provide 6 patient visits per week.
