The Salesforce Administrator is the engine behind our CRM success—managing, maintaining, and optimizing the Salesforce platform to power strategic initiatives and daily operations. This role goes beyond system upkeep; it’s about unlocking Salesforce’s full potential to deliver smarter decisions, seamless workflows, and scalable solutions. As the primary system administrator and a trusted partner to cross-functional teams, you’ll drive user adoption, deliver actionable insights, and ensure the platform evolves in step with our business goals. By applying best practices and harnessing automation, you’ll streamline processes and elevate data integrity across the enterprise.
THINGS YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Be the go-to Salesforce expert—managing users, profiles, roles, and permissions with precision.
Configure and customize Salesforce features including objects, fields, layouts, and validation rules to meet evolving business needs.
Design and deploy smart automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules to simplify operations.
Build powerful reports and dashboards that turn data into decisions.
Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring Salesforce releases and implementing new features that drive value.
Empower users through training, documentation, and responsive support.
Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Participate in Agile standups and keep leadership informed on progress and priorities.

THINGS YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field – or equivalent experience.
2+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is a must.
Strong grasp of Salesforce configuration, automation tools, and data management best practices.Experience building reports and dashboards that drive business insight.
Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and third-party apps within Salesforce.
Agile development experience and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

What you'll do
- The Salesforce Administrator will manage, maintain, and optimize the Salesforce platform to support strategic initiatives and daily operations. This includes user management, configuration, automation, reporting, and user training.
