JOB TITLE: Maintenance Tech
REPORTS TO: Maintenance Supervisor
SHIFT DAYS /HOURS: (Mon-Fri) 3:00 pm- 11:00 pm Must be willing and able to work Mandatory OT on off days as necessary.
STARTING PAY: $25 - $38 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to determine root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Perform repairs and adjustments to maintain optimal functionality.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve maintenance processes and reduce potential issues.
- Document maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role, preferably on the night shift.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance.

We produce large diameter extrusions requiring high-quality surface finish up to 16 inches in circle size.
