Our commercial division is growing, and we’re seeking a Commercial Roofing Production Supervisor to join our Indianapolis team immediately. This is a leadership role where you’ll guide crews, support project managers, and ensure every project is completed safely, on time, and with the highest level of quality.

- Start all jobs with meeting with homeowner/ business owner
- Oversee work of all project managers
- Pick up or order all materials for job
- Perform quality control on all jobs
- Approve time cards/ commission reports
- Collect payment on all projects
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Pass a background check
- Hands on Commercial Roofing experience in installation and repairs
- Former experience managing staff/personnel
- Prior experience with meeting clients and prospects face to face
- Previous experience working in Low slope roofing systems
- Willingness to work long hours during busy season
- Ability to work 2 Saturdays a month March-November and 1 Saturday a month November-March
- Ability to pull a trailer behind a work truck
- Military service a plus
- $40,000-$80,000 annual potential (base pay+ highly achievable bonuses)

What you'll do
- The Commercial Roofing Production Supervisor will oversee project managers and guide crews to ensure projects are completed safely and on time. Responsibilities include meeting with clients, performing quality control, and managing project materials and payments.
