Nights (United States of America)Apply today to work as a Patient Care Tech and complete our Patient Care Tech trainee program, where you will learn how to provide nursing support and work at Memorial Regional Medical Center. Associates who accept Patient Care Tech trainee positions will be paid to go through a four week training program to become a PCT in our hospital. Once a candidate has successfully finished the program and competencies, they are promoted to a PCT to provide direct care to patients.
The Patient Care Tech Trainee provides direct patient care under the guidance and oversight of the Registered Nurse or designated health care professional in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and within the policies, procedures, and guidelines of Bon Secours Mercy Health. The Patient Care Tech Trainee program is a temporary nurse aid training program that enhances working clinical experience.
Please Note: Must have availability during the day to participate in the training program, typically between 7am-4:30pm. The process of this is like any other job - you must complete an interview with a nursing hiring manager and if you receive an offer, you will come onboard as a PCT Trainee before being promoted to PCT after your training/orientation is completed.
We are looking for candidates who can work NIGHT shifts, 7PM-7AM hours, full-time.
