What are your contributions to the team?
• Piloter et gérer des initiatives de transformation à l’échelle Défense, en assurant l’alignement stratégique et un impact mesurable sur toutes les fonctions.
• Établir et maintenir un rythme de transformation favorisant la collaboration et la livraison des résultats clés dans les délais.
• Favoriser l’intégration interfonctionnelle en identifiant et en résolvant proactivement les interdépendances pour accélérer les progrès.
• Suivre et communiquer les jalons, mettre en évidence les réussites et signaler les risques ou retards à la direction pour une résolution rapide.
• Développer, maintenir et optimiser des tableaux de bord et rapports Power BI pour surveiller les indicateurs clés (KPI), les jalons et l’avancement des transformations.
• Traduire des données complexes en informations claires et exploitables pour la direction et les parties prenantes.
• Garantir l’exactitude, l’intégrité et la cohérence des données sur toutes les plateformes de reporting.
• Automatiser les processus de reporting pour améliorer l’efficacité et réduire les efforts manuels.
Coordination interfonctionnelle
• Servir de point de contact central pour les activités de transformation, en favorisant la collaboration entre les équipes.
• Animer des ateliers, comités de pilotage et revues de progrès pour maintenir l’élan.
• Assurer l’application cohérente des méthodologies et meilleures pratiques de transformation.
Communication & Gestion du changement
• Développer et diffuser des communications sur la transformation qui expliquent clairement les objectifs, les échéances et les progrès.
• Créer du contenu engageant pour divers canaux (présentations, bulletins, mises à jour intranet) afin de favoriser la sensibilisation et l’adoption.
• Collaborer avec les équipes de gestion du changement pour garantir l’engagement et la préparation des parties prenantes.
How to thrive in this role?
• Diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires, analyse de données, gestion de projet ou domaine connexe.
• 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans des programmes de transformation, coordination de projets ou gestion de la performance.
• Expertise avérée en développement Power BI, incluant la modélisation des données, DAX et les meilleures pratiques de visualisation.
• Solides compétences organisationnelles et en gestion des parties prenantes.
• Excellentes aptitudes en communication écrite et orale.
• Capacité démontrée à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique.
• Une expérience dans l’industrie aérospatiale ou de la défense est un atout.
• Familiarité avec les cadres de transformation et les processus de gouvernance.
