Quelles sont vos contributions envers l’équipe?
- Voyager plusieurs fois par année pour effectuer des audits chez nos fournisseurs
- Évaluer la conformité des fournisseurs aux requis reliés aux procédés de fabrication
- Réviser les rapports de tests en laboratoire des fournisseurs pour approuver leurs procédés de fabrication
- Planifier les activités pour évaluer la conformité des fournisseurs de pièces
- Évaluer les demandes des fournisseurs pour dévier des spécifications de procédés de fabrication
- Évaluer le système de gestion de la qualité des fournisseurs selon la norme AS9100
- Participer et prendre en charge des projets d’amélioration de nos processus d’affaires
Comment vous épanouir dans ce rôle?
- Vous possédez un baccalauréat en génie
- Vous avez de l’expérience avec les procédés spéciaux associés à la fabrication de pièces métalliques pour l’aéronautique (traitement thermique, soudure, grenaillage, machinage, assemblage, procédé chimique, protection contre la corrosion)
- Vous possédez de fortes compétences de leadership, flexibilité, résolution de problèmes et gestion de projets
- Vous possédez au moins cinq (5) années d’expérience pertinente
- Vous avez d’excellentes compétences en communication (orale et écrite) en français et en anglais
- Vous avez de l’expérience pour interagir avec des fournisseurs
- Vous avez de l’expérience comme auditeur
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance du programme Nadcap, des normes de qualité AS9100 et ISO 9001
- La connaissance de Microsoft 365 (Power Query, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Sharepoint) est un atout
