What are your contributions to the team?

  • Reads and interprets technical documents; Confirms the sequencing of parts for processing
  • Prepares the parts to be treated, hides them, positions them or fixes them on the tools
  • Regulates or controls equipment, baths or treatment products
  • Operate and control equipment to clean, degrease, deoxidize parts and metal surfaces in order to give the parts the desired surface characteristics
  • Monitor equipment that passes objects through various cleaning, rinsing and plating solutions
  • Carry out and monitor the treatment of parts, Carry out electrochemical treatment, Carry out chemical treatment, Carry out spraying/shot blasting treatment
  • Controls surface treatment appearance, deposit and make adjustments
  • Analyzes the appearance of a product
  • Operate ovens used to harden and dry surface coatings
  • Check the condition and thickness of surface treatments using an instrument; Implement first-level corrections or preventive measures
  • Performs preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Uses software to manage the workflow and record results
  • Completes quality control and traceability documents

  • You have a DES (secondary 5) or relevant experience demonstrating manual dexterity. 
  • You have the ability to work within a team and communicate well.
  • You have the ability to work meticulously and precisely.
  • You are flexible to work different shifts (day-evening-night).
  • You are able to work safely in accordance with the company's values ​​and demonstrate an exemplary approach at this level.
  • You speak and write in French.
