What are your contributions to the team?

  • Support the strategic planning process of Bombardier’s Supply Chain organization;
  • Ensure Supply Chain overall strategy meets and support’s Bombardier’s corporate strategy;
  • Plan and facilitate key meetings across Strategy teams and senior management;
  • Lead cross-organizational reviews and strategic initiatives within Supply Chain strategy;
  • Communicate on a regular basis with key stakeholders, especially with executives, on the progress of the projects under your responsibility;
  • Develop a network of internal and external contacts to support information-gathering and analysis;

How to thrive in this role?

  • You hold an undergraduate degree with a strong concentration in an analytical discipline.
  • Graduate or Master's degree in operations management or a master of business administration (MBA) from a world-class academic institution would be an asset;
  • You have a minimum of five (5) to eight (8) years of professional experience in a strategic environment in the Manufacturing industry;
  • You have strong research & analytical skills with a commitment to rigor and attention to details;
  • You have knowledge of the aerospace industry and contracting processes (an asset);
  • You have ability for synthesis and for presentation of complex information;
  • You have the ability to exercise full discretion in dealing with highly confidential matters;
  • You are able to multi-task under a highly demanding and continuously changing environment;
  • You have the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization (from senior management to staff);
  • You have a strong team spirit and leadership abilities and you demonstrate flexibility;
  • You are able to meet tight deadlines;
  • You are proficient in Intermediate PowerPoint and Advanced Excel;
