Quelles sont vos contributions envers l’équipe?
- Évaluer les devis de réparation/remise à neuf des pièces provenant des fournisseurs en vue de leur approbation, et les contester lorsque les conditions de garantie, les prix ou le périmètre des travaux ne sont pas conformes aux attentes de Bombardier
- Saisir et mettre à jour les informations dans divers modules SAP et outils de reporting avec un haut niveau de précision et d’attention aux détails
- Soutenir les commandes critiques des clients et les activités de maintenance en service ponctuelles en accélérant la réception des pièces auprès des fournisseurs, même au-delà des paramètres contractuels (par exemple, les délais de livraison)
- Résoudre des problèmes modérément complexes dans votre domaine d’expertise
- Préparer et présenter les problèmes, constats et solutions à la direction
- Mener des initiatives quotidiennes d’amélioration continue, notamment en réalisant des analyses des causes profondes et en mettant en œuvre des plans d’action correctifs pour répondre à des indicateurs de performance (KPI) de complexité croissante

Comment vous épanouir dans ce rôle?
- Vous détenez un baccalauréat en gestion des opérations ou en administration des affaires, ou vous possédez un diplôme d’études collégiales techniques dans un domaine connexe, combiné de 2 à 7 ans d’expérience pertinente
- Vous avez 2 à 12 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire
- Vous vous épanouissez dans un environnement de travail stimulant et exigeant
- Vous avez de solides compétences interpersonnelles, en communication et en négociation
- Vous êtes capable de maintenir de bonnes relations avec les fournisseurs et de stimuler l’amélioration de leur performance
- Vous avez un esprit de compétition et êtes engagé(e) dans une démarche d’amélioration continue.
- Vous êtes habile à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément et à établir des priorités efficacement.
- Vous savez lire et interpréter le langage contractuel
- Vous maîtrisez des outils tels que SAP, la suite Microsoft Office et Salesforce
- Vous êtes bilingue en anglais et en français, à l’oral comme à l’écrit
