You'll balance hands-on problem solving with coordination, partner management, and continuous process improvement to keep everything moving efficiently.&lt;/text&gt;<br>&lt;/gh-role-detail&gt;</p> <p>&lt;gh-responsibilities&gt;<br>&nbsp; &lt;title&gt;Main tasks and responsibilities:&lt;/title&gt;<br>&nbsp; &lt;bulletpoints&gt;<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &lt;point&gt;Monitor - our Carsharing fleet and ensure that all vehicles are available for customers by quickly resolving issues like flat tires or broken windows.&lt;/point&gt;<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &lt;point&gt;Support - the relationship management of key partners like bodyshops or tire repair suppliers.&lt;/point&gt;<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &lt;point&gt;Delegate tasks - appropriately to each of our Vehicle Specialists who are out in the field.&lt;/point&gt;<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &lt;point&gt;Resolve - Customer Service tickets that have been escalated to the Operations Team.&lt;/point&gt;<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &lt;point&gt;Issue - fines to customers who do not adhere to our Terms and Conditions.&lt;/point&gt;<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &lt;point&gt;Review - customer feedback and find ideas how to increase the quality of our fleet.&lt;/point&gt;<br>&nbsp; &lt;/bulletpoints&gt;<br>&lt;/gh-responsibilities&gt;</p> <p>&lt;gh-requirements&gt;<br>&nbsp; &lt;title&gt;About you:&lt;/title&gt;<br>&nbsp; &lt;bulletpoints&gt;<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &lt;point&gt;You are a collaborator with excellent negotiation and communication skills (both verbal and written) in English, a plus if you speak German.&lt;/point&gt;<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &lt;point&gt;You are a hustler, not stopping after several obstacles a day.&lt;/point&gt;<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &lt;point&gt;You are analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent Excel skills.&lt;/point&gt;<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &lt;point&gt;You have a strong sense of ownership with a hands-on approach.&lt;/point&gt;<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &lt;point&gt;You have experience in operations, logistics, or fleet management (bonus if in mobility/tech).&lt;/point&gt;<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &lt;point&gt;Extra credit: Experience in sharing economy, tech business, transport industry, startup or dynamic high-growth company.&lt;/point&gt;<br>&nbsp; &lt;text&gt;Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity.
