<p>As a Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of quality of the Bolt Drive car fleet, impacting the strategy of our car fleet, and supervising the on-street local operations team in Poland.</p>
<p>You will be working closely with the Country Manager, Head of Fleet, and HQ team, where your work will drive business growth and revenue through achieving operational milestones and key metrics.</p>

<p><title><strong>Main tasks and responsibilities:</strong></title></p>

<li><point>Cooperating with country-wide partners and key local partners. Including vendors and vehicle repair shops.</point></li>
<li><point>Managing the process of in-fleeting and de-fleeting our cars.</point></li>
<li><point>Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing, repair, and inspection. Including documenting claims and accidents.</point></li>
<li><point>Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize the downtime of the fleet. As well as coordinate the repair of technical defects on our vehicles.</point></li>
<li><point>Supporting expansion to new cities.</point></li>

<li><point>You have 3+ years experience in fleet management, managing large fleets (500+ vehicles).</point></li>
<li><point>You have a good understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.</point></li>
<li><point>You are disciplined, have an attention to detail, and an analytical mindset.</point></li>
<li><point>You have excellent communication skills in English and Polish.</point></li>
<li><point> You are proficient with Excel.</point></li>
