<p>We’re hiring a <strong>Video Editor & Social Media Manager</strong> to turn podcast and long-form content into high-performing short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.</p>
<p>This is a hands-on role for someone who loves editing, understands social media trends, and knows how to create content that stops the scroll.</p>
<p>If you enjoy owning content from raw footage to posting and optimization, this role is for you.</p>
<h2><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></h2>
<h3><strong>Video Editing</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Edit short-form videos from podcasts, interviews, and long-form content<br><br></li>
<li>Create TikToks, Reels, and Shorts with strong hooks, pacing, and captions<br><br></li>
<li>Add subtitles, emojis, jump cuts, zooms, and light motion graphics<br><br></li>
<li>Maintain consistent style, branding, and quality<br><br></li>
<li>Deliver multiple clips per episode or content drop on tight timelines<br><br></li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Social Media Management</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Post and schedule content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts<br><br></li>
<li>Write engaging captions optimized for each platform<br><br></li>
<li>Follow trends and suggest new formats, hooks, and clip styles<br><br></li>
<li>Track basic performance such as views, engagement, and watch time<br><br></li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Collaboration and Ownership</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with podcasts, creators, and internal teams<br><br></li>
<li>Take feedback well and iterate quickly<br><br></li>
<li>Own your content pipeline from edit to post to optimization<br><br></li>

<h2><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>2 to 4 plus years' experience editing short-form video for social media<br><br></li>
<li>Strong portfolio of TikTok, Reels, or Shorts<br><br></li>
<li>Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, After Effects, or similar tools<br><br></li>
<li>Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts<br><br></li>
<li>Strong English comprehension, both spoken and written<br><br></li>
<li>Detail-oriented, reliable, and fast without sacrificing quality<br><br></li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Nice to Have</strong></h2>
