<p data-start="177" data-end="216"><strong data-start="177" data-end="214">Junior Recruiter – LATAM (Remote)</strong></p> <p data-start="218" data-end="618">We’re looking for motivated, proactive, and relationship-driven <strong data-start="282" data-end="325">Junior Recruiters from the LATAM region</strong> with <strong data-start="331" data-end="389">1–3 years of recruitment or talent sourcing experience</strong> to join our growing team and help deliver top talent to our global clients. This is a fully remote role ideal for candidates eager to grow their career in recruiting, gain hands-on experience, and learn from senior recruiters.</p> <p data-start="620" data-end="979">You’ll work alongside experienced recruiters and gain exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and engaging candidates to managing pipelines and collaborating with internal stakeholders and clients.
