Description du poste
Dans le cadre d’un grand arrêt de maintenance au sein d’une usine chimique située à Château-Arnoux-Saint-Auban, nous recherchons un(e) Préparateur(trice) Grand Arrêt disposant de solides compétences en mécanique, tuyauterie et chaudronnerie.
Vous serez en charge de préparer, organiser et suivre l’ensemble des travaux sur le terrain, en collaboration étroite avec les équipes de production, les chefs de chantier et les prestataires externes.
Ces interventions concerneront principalement des équipements tels que les montages mécaniques, la tuyauterie, les ballons et réservoirs, les échangeurs thermiques ainsi que les colonnes.
Dans ce cadre, vous serez amené(e) à :
- Constater les anomalies sur le site à l’aide des contrôleurs ou des équipes d’exploitation
- Elaborer le cahier des charges (moyens humains, matériels et financiers)
- Après validation, rechercher un exécutant, soit en interne chez notre client, soit par une société extérieure
- Lancer la commande et organiser les visites préalables au chantier
- Planifier les interventions en lien avec la production, les études et/ou le chantier
- Organiser le chantier en mettant à disposition les moyens humains et matériels, les pièces et les plans nécessaires à la bonne exécution
- Superviser le chantier afin de s’assurer de sa qualité et de sa sécurité
- Participer aux coordinations pour assurer la bonne collaboration des équipes
- Veiller au respect des consignes QHSE (Qualité, Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement)
Qualifications
Titulaire d’un diplôme Bac+2/+3 en chaudronnerie, mécanique, charpente métallique, tuyauterie ou équivalent, vous justifiez d’une expérience en préparation de travaux dans un environnement industriel et dans un contexte de grand arrêt / arrêt de maintenance.
Compétences attendues :
- Connaissances solides en mécanique, tuyauterie et chaudronnerie.
- À l’aise avec les outils informatiques, vous maîtrisez ou êtes disposé(e) à vous former à l’utilisation de SAP.
- Rigueur, autonomie, esprit d’équipe et capacité à anticiper.
