Description du poste
Nous recherchons un(e) Contract manager qui sera positionné à Dunkerque chez l'un de nos clients industriels.
A ce titre, vous serez le garant contractuel des projets industriels, de la négociation à l'exécution, en sécurisant les risques et en accompagnant les équipes projet, et plus particulièrement le chef de projet de notre client.
Dans ce cadre, vous serez amené(e) à :
- Participer à la négociation et à la rédaction des contrats, en identifiant les risques et enjeux clés
- Suivre l'exécution des contrats et gérer les modifications, avenants et claims
- Assurer l'interface avec les équipes projets, le juridique, la finance et les prestataires externes
- Vérifier la bonne exécution des obligations contractuelles, gérer les réclamations finales et capitaliser sur les retours d'expérience
Qualifications
Formation : Bac+5 (ingénieur industriel, commerce ou juridique avec spécialisation contrats/projets)
Expérience : à partir de 5 ans en gestion de contrats sur projets industriels
Compétences clés : suivi de l’activité des entreprises, respect des scopes, gestion des avenants et réclamations (claims), support au chef de projet
Environnement : expérience en environnement industriel (sidérurgie, énergie, métallurgie ou EPC)
Langues : anglais professionnel courant
Soft skills : rigueur, sens pratique terrain, capacité à travailler de manière transverse avec projet, juridique et finance
