Description du poste
Dans le cadre d’un grand arrêt de maintenance au sein d’une usine chimique à Château-Arnoux-Saint-Auban, nous recherchons un(e) Chef d’Arrêt disposant d’une solide expérience en gestion d’arrêts techniques et de compétences confirmées en mécanique, tuyauterie et chaudronnerie.
En véritable pilote opérationnel de l’arrêt, vous serez responsable de l’organisation globale, de la coordination et du suivi des travaux, en lien étroit avec la production, les équipes internes, les chefs de chantier, les prestataires et les différents intervenants.
Ces interventions concerneront principalement des équipements tels que les montages mécaniques, la tuyauterie, les ballons et réservoirs, les échangeurs thermiques ainsi que les colonnes.
Dans ce cadre, vous serez amené(e) à :
- Piloter l’ensemble des activités liées au grand arrêt et garantir sa bonne exécution.
- Réaliser et/ou valider les constats terrain et l’identification des anomalies avec l’exploitation.
- Définir et valider les besoins humains, matériels et financiers.
- Sélectionner les exécutants internes ou externes.
- Organiser les visites préalables et coordonner la préparation des chantiers.
- Construire et ajuster le planning global de l’arrêt en coordination avec la production et les équipes travaux.
- Garantir la disponibilité des moyens (humains, matériels, pièces, plans).
- Superviser l’avancement des travaux, assurer le respect des délais, de la sécurité et de la qualité.
- Animer les réunions de coordination interservices et interentreprises.
- Veiller au respect des consignes QHSE (Qualité, Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement)
- Assurer la gestion des aléas, priorités et arbitrages opérationnels.
Qualifications
Titulaire d’un diplôme Bac+2/+3 en mécanique, tuyauterie, chaudronnerie, maintenance industrielle ou équivalent, vous justifiez d’une expérience significative en gestion ou supervision de travaux dans un environnement industriel, en contexte de grand arrêt / arrêt de maintenance.
Compétences attendues :
- Bonne vision globale des métiers techniques.
- Aisance avec les outils informatiques ; la connaissance de SAP est un atout
- Leadership, rigueur, autonomie, capacité d’anticipation et gestion des priorités.
- Très bon sens de la communication et du travail en équipe.
Le poste est basé à Château-Arnoux-Saint-Auban (04).
