Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers promptly and professionally
• Obtain accurate customer and vehicle information
• Clearly document and communicate all vehicle symptoms
• Recommend maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and history
• Prepare complete and accurate estimates for parts and labor
• Establish and manage follow-up timelines
• Monitor vehicle progress throughout the day and update customers regularly
• Ensure final invoices match all work performed
• Review completed work and charges clearly with customers
QualificationsQualifications:
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed
