Responsibilities
Position Overview
Join our 10-week summer internship program as an IT Applications & Technical Support Intern within the End User Services team. This role offers hands-on experience in IT service management, desktop engineering, and technical support operations. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals to support enterprise applications, end-user devices, and ITIL-based service delivery processes.
Accountabilities
- Assist with imaging, patching, and deploying laptops, tablets, and peripherals.
- Support enterprise applications including Microsoft 365, Adobe, and browsers.
- Help configure and troubleshoot printers and print management systems, A/V systems and desk phones.
- Participate in vulnerability scanning and remediation efforts.
- Contribute to architecture design discussions and documentation for end-user systems.
- Collaborate on IT projects involving hardware refreshes, application rollouts, and automation initiatives.
- Gain exposure to Microsoft enterprise integrations and solutions including Intune, Entra, Exchange, SharePoint, and Defender.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Windows 11 OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts.
- Interest in IT service management, systems engineering, and enterprise solutions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Passion for continuous improvement and customer service excellence.
