JOB SUMMARY:
We’re looking for Prep and Line Cooks to join our culinary team, helping to craft fresh, high-quality dishes that keep guests coming back for more. You’ll play a key role in food prep, grilling, sautéing, plating, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and efficiency. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare fresh ingredients and execute dishes with precision, following standardized recipes.
- Work various stations, including grill, sauté, fry, and cold prep, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.
- Support service by preparing dishes efficiently during busy shifts.
- Assist in inventory management, proper food storage, and waste reduction.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including obtaining required certifications.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by kitchen leadership.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen is required.
- Valid Food Handler’s Certification (must meet state requirements).
- Strong work ethic, teamwork mentality, and ability to work under pressure.
- Passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
