About this role
Proactive, “get it done” approach with the ability to overcome obstacles and maintain focus on goals. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in product ownership or product management, with strongly preferred background in the financial services, start-ups or financial technology domain. Highly organized, resourceful, and skilled at prioritizing work in fast paced environments. Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Proficiency in data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, AWS), and cloud technologies is a plus. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, SQL, or equivalent for data manipulation and analysis. Understanding of data governance, privacy, and industry best practices in financial services. Experience with agile methodologies, product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), and data visualization platforms. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Curiosity and drive for continuous learning and improvement.
