About this role

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus. Typically 4-7 years of experience and 0-1 years of management experience. Experience in an operational area and/or client services is preferred. Experience in Loans (Syndicated, bi-lateral, real estate). Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and collaboration across teams. Prior loan operations experience in a financial service setting preferred Detail oriented Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and execute workload Familiarity with technical applications to include, but not limited to, Microsoft Office applications
