Job Description: Automotive Service Advisor (High-Earning Potential)
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven individual to join our team as an Automotive Service Advisor with the opportunity to earn a six-figure income. In this role, you will leverage your exceptional customer service and sales abilities to provide top-notch service to our customers while maximizing revenue for our automotive service department. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management and Sales: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their concerns, providing accurate information, and offering personalized solutions. Demonstrate expert knowledge of our automotive services and confidently recommend appropriate maintenance or repairs. Utilize effective sales techniques to upsell additional services, accessories, and maintenance packages to increase revenue.
Service Coordination and Time Management: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, technicians, and parts department personnel. Efficiently help schedule appointments, allocate resources, and coordinate work orders to ensure timely and efficient completion of automotive services. Proactively manage time to handle multiple tasks while maintaining excellent customer service.
