Job description
1. Issue purchasing documents (Quotation/PR/PO/FC) and follow-up with relate person (Controller, Supplier)
2. Control stock of machine spare part and consumable material
3. Response to update budget data of department
4. Follow job upon assign from Process Manager
Qualification
1. Diploma or High vocational or related field
2. Minimum 0-3 years working experience in administration, maintenance relate tasks
3. Experience in maintenance stock part controlling will be advantage
4. Knowledge of MS-Office software for business
5. Good mindset, Open and willing to learn new thing
6. Strong commitment to targets and schedules
7. Able to work in shift operation
