Our team at the BMW Group shapes the MINI Customer Journey by supporting digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce activities. We offer you the opportunity to gain valuable experience in an international environment during your internship.

 

What awaits you?

  • You will support the digital activation and development of marketing concepts.
  • Furthermore, you help focus on the overall International Customer Journey touchpoints.
  • In addition, you contribute to the conception, development, and introduction of digital brand communication measures and product launches.
  • Moreover, you will assist in omni-channel marketing projects and their management.
  • Here, you support the use of AI tools along the campaign process and within the Customer Journey.
  • You will help to implement and evaluate strategic market analyses and KPI reports.
  • Furthermore, you contribute to the supervision of smaller marketing projects, especially for the European region.

 

What should you bring along?

  • Studies in marketing, business administration, communication, or a related field.
  • Affinity for marketing and ideally first experiences in digital marketing.
  • Interest in digital marketing topics including social media and e-commerce.
  • Interest in AI tools and their application in marketing.
  • Ability to adapt in a multicultural and dynamic team.
  • Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good English skills; German is a plus.
