About this role

Gen>NEXT SpeedUp is a global Talent Program within the BMW Group. Successful candidates will have access to all non-T-resort internal hiring positions for up to 6 months post-graduation date as well as hiring opportunities with Tier 1 Suppliers.  They will also participate in mandatory trainings as part of the program.

 

Student submits resume and cover letter with following information:

  • Graduation month & year
  • Date of last rotation at BMW
  • Hiring manager information (previous rotation(s) and current rotation)
  • Work experience at Plant Spartanburg
    • Which departments did you do your work experience?
    • When did you do your work experience?

Cover letter should be MAX 1000 words:

  • Highlight one or two things you like about the company and why?
  • Why are you seeking to be in the Gen>NEXT SpeedUp program?
  • What value did you add to the department’s business in your previous rotation(s)?

Support documents are optional but encouraged.

  • Recommendation letter(s) from your previous Gen>NEXT rotation(s): Hiring Manager (Section Manager or above)
  • Portfolios, etc.

Note end of assignment evaluation also plays a role.
