About this role

ACCELERATION PROGRAMME - HR

 

Acceleration Program in the Regional HR Team.

 

Your acceleration program will consist of four assignments in various departments within the HR Team; two will be in Singapore whilst the other two will be abroad.

 

During your assignments, you will gain insight into business processes, strategy, culture and the BMW Group brands from both a local and global perspective. You will also establish an excellent international network and work on strategic and operational projects in three different countries.

 

After the programme, the successful candidate will be placed in the Human Resources department where you will be part of a cross-functional and strategic regional team that drives your passion in talent development, compensation & benefits and people.

               

 

What Awaits You?                          

  1. Part of the regional HR Team who supports strategic regional projects.
  2. Contribute ideas/initiatives to the development of the regional framework and join strategic regional projects regarding digitalization, compensation & benefits, talent and leadership development, Equal Opportunities, and sustainability.                          
  3. Use systematic approach towards Project Management with stakeholders to fit business requirements, HR strategy, and competency requirements.                           
  4. Ensure programs are implemented together with markets and central departments timely with high quality.                             
  5. Support change management and transformation projects for continuous improvement
  6. Additional tasks to be assigned by the line manager 

 

 

What You Should Bring Along.                  

  1. Bachelor or above degree with major in Human Resources, Business Administration preferred.                           
  2. Excellent communication, interpersonal and intercultural skills.                            
  3. Excellent analytic, reporting and project management abilities. Experience in Project Management preferred.  Strong digital skills and use of digital tools.                 
  4. Excellent command of English, German will be a plus.                            
  5. Readiness for an international career.                            
  6. 6 months to 3 years of relevant work experience in HR function preferred.                         
  7. 4+ months of international experience (e.g. studies, practical experience, work & travel).
