The Opportunity

Our Kiteleys Roofing business is looking for a Roofing Scheduler to join the team based in Minchinbury, NSW. For more than 50 years, the Kiteleys name has been synonymous in steel roofing. From its foundation in the Shoalhaven area in 1957, it has grown to serve clients ranging from individual homeowners to leading project home builders and industrial and commercial property developers throughout NSW.

As the Roofing Scheduler you will support and manage the day-to-day operations and scheduling of resources, ensuring your team is focused on the delivery of exceptional performance, as well as meeting our business plan objectives and targets.

You will play a key role in ensuring safety standards are embedded and maintained across all operations, while driving installation quality through effective auditing and supervision.

What Will You Do?

As someone who is committed to the safety of their team and delivering on customer expectations, you will:

  • enhance operations with the maintenance of digital workflows via web and app enabled scheduling and safety management systems
  • undertake job management and administrative tasks across a range internal projects/programs
  • monitor and manage client incoming & outgoing correspondence, liaise with the Customer Service team to raise production orders, dispatching orders, freight organisation and invoicing
  • implement process improvements and standardisation including installation quality, compliance, and elevating the customer experience via timely and proactive communication
  • liaise with regional counterparts to maximise utilisation of labour resources

More About You

Bringing excellent communication and leadership abilities along with experience in schedule management, you will also have:

  • experience leading and developing a small roof installation team
  • an aptitude to translate customer requirements into new and improved product and service solutions
  • demonstrated commercial acumen including the ability to understand and manage projects
  • knowledge of roofing installation timelines and customer requirements is desirable
