Join Our Team as a Production Associate!

We’re looking for skilled and detail-oriented individuals to assist in the production process by loading and unloading material from machines, conveyors, and mobile equipment; supplying or holding materials or tools; inspecting or wrapping; as well as stacking and banding material or products. Whether you’re experienced in production or eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment, we welcome candidates of all backgrounds to bring their unique strengths to our team.

Hours are Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm (subject to change) with some OT required. This position will work 3rd shift for approximately the first 5 months during training

Pay for this position is $19.95 and will include a $2 shift differential (on 2nd shift)

What You’ll Do

  • Load Materials : loads and unloads material from machines, conveyors, etc.·

  • Prepare and Assemble: Assemble materials with a torque gun and assist in the placement of products on equipment or work surfaces, supplying or holding materials or tools

  • Ensure Quality: Utilize measuring tools and processes to perform inspections before, during, and after production, ensuring materials meet exact specifications.

  • Contribute to Improvement: Actively participate in continuous improvement and corrective action activities.

  • Maintain and Organize: Support housekeeping and organizational standards, such as 5-S practices.
