Join Our Team as a Machine Operator!

We’re looking for skilled and detail-oriented individuals to operate and maintain machines that shape materials into high-quality components for our community. Whether you’re an experienced operator or eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment, we welcome candidates of all backgrounds to bring their unique strengths to our team.

Hours are Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm (subject to change) with some OT required. This position will work dayshift for approximately the first 5 months during training

Pay for this position is $22.26 and will include a $2 shift differential (on 2nd shift)

What You’ll Do

• Operate and Shape: Use machines to cut, punch, bend, weld, or shape materials into specified components to meet current demands.
• Prepare and Set Up: Set up machines and confirm specifications using drawings, blueprints, tablets, or other tools.
• Lift and Position Materials: Safely use lifting devices, such as cranes and forklifts, to position materials or parts as needed.
• Ensure Quality: Utilize measuring tools and processes to perform inspections before, during, and after production, ensuring materials meet exact specifications.
• Contribute to Improvement: Actively participate in continuous improvement and corrective action activities.
• Maintain and Organize: Keep track of material inventory, perform machine maintenance, and support housekeeping and organizational standards, such as 5-S practices.
